We repair and refurbish open & enclosed lifeboats, rigid & inflatable rescue boats and davit systems. We have a team of well qualified & skilled technicians who are familiar with lifeboats, rescue boats & davits manufactured around the world. All repairs and tests meets class approval.

GRP Repairs :
Fibreglass repairs carried out in a temperature & humidity controlled moulding room & load tested thereafter.

Lifting Hooks :
On-load release hooks being serviced in accordance with SOLAS Chapter III.
Regulation 20.11. 2 and tested there after.

Engine :
Engine renewed along with gear box, sterngear & controls in an enclosed lifeboat followed by sea trials.

Water Spray System :
External water spray system overhauled & tested.

Air support system :
Air bottles cleaned, hydrostatically pressure tested & refilled with breatheable air ensuring all valves and gauges are in perfect working condition.

Rescue Boat :
Rigid hull inflatable rescue boat completely refurbished including overhauling of out-board engines.

Davit System :
Winch serviced and tested as per SOLAS Chapter IIl, Regulation 20.11.1.
